If a record can remain in progress indefinitely, the software has described a condition without helping resolve it. A useful workflow defines what is missing and who can act.
The paid engagement
We map states, transition rules, approvals, corrections and exceptional paths. The application can include work queues, reminders within agreed limits, audit history and export. Staff absence and delegation are considered in the initial design.
Acceptance and boundaries
Acceptance walks representative cases through every allowed transition and attempts disallowed ones. We distinguish business evidence from diagnostic logs. Automation permissions and message sending are approved separately; a diagram alone is not authorization to trigger external actions.
