DEIssue a project brief
SPEC / 26-08STATUS / DISCOVERYDELIVERY / REMOTE-US

Faith Forge Labs for Germany-connected organisations

Specify the system people can actually maintain.

01 / requirement02 / interface03 / acceptance04 / ownership

Requirement register

Turn “we need a platform” into testable operating decisions.

A discovery brief does not need to predict every screen. It should explain the task, boundary, source of truth, exception, and evidence of completion well enough to compare practical options.

R-01

Outcome

Name the customer or staff task that should become faster, clearer, safer, or less dependent on manual copying. Define the result without assuming a particular product.

R-02

Authority

Identify which system owns customer identity, price, inventory, document, approval, consent, or status. An integration should not create competing truths.

R-03

Exception

Describe what happens when data is incomplete, an external service is unavailable, a payment is refused, or an operator needs to correct a record.

R-04

Evidence

Choose the acceptance check: visible state, export, log, receipt, reconciliation report, accessibility test, performance run, or documented recovery rehearsal.

Delivery sequence

Four controlled checkpoints

  1. Frame

Inventory users, existing tools, data ownership, language needs, constraints, and the smallest coherent release.

  2. Prototype

Test the risky workflow or integration early, using representative conditions and explicit unanswered questions.

  3. Verify

Run agreed functional, responsive, accessibility, measurement, security-adjacent, failure, and rollback checks.

  4. Transfer

Deliver documentation, credentials through the approved channel, source/release authority, operating notes, and a clear support boundary.

Suitable work

Web systems with an operating owner

  • Public websites and multilingual information structures
  • Customer, partner, document, and service portals
  • Internal approval, order, case, or knowledge workflows
  • ERP, CRM, identity, analytics, payment, and document integrations
  • Modernization, recovery, performance, accessibility, and technical SEO
  • Human-supervised AI search, classification, drafting, or support tools

The recommendation may be a targeted repair, better configuration, integration, focused application, or replacement. A custom rebuild is not the automatic answer.

Review technical capabilities

Provider and claim boundary

Remote engineering without borrowed credentials

Faith Forge Labs operates from Georgia in the United States. It does not claim a German office, local staff, German professional qualification, certified translation, or automatic authority on German or European legal and regulatory duties.

English is the working language. German production content and qualified local review can be arranged by agreement. Legal, tax, privacy, accessibility-certification, export, sanctions, accounting, works-council, and regulated-industry conclusions remain with the client and qualified advisers.

Next action / brief

Send the current workflow, not a perfect specification.

Include who uses it, where the work stalls, which tools hold the records, and what must be demonstrably true after release.
