A quality review becomes actionable when it connects a defect to a blocked user action. We inspect a defined journey and implement bounded improvements instead of treating an automated score as the whole result.
The paid engagement
Typical work includes semantic structure, labels, keyboard interaction, status announcements, responsive layouts and correction flows. The scope records tested pages, browsers and methods so the evidence is understandable.
Acceptance and boundaries
The delivery report distinguishes corrected defects, remaining findings and untested behavior. Independent certification and legal assessment are separate services. Assistive-technology and physical-device coverage must be agreed; we never claim checks that were not performed.
