Maintenance and technical handover
Let the next maintainer answer the first five questions.
What runs, where it runs, who owns it, how it changes and how it is restored should be easy to discover. That knowledge is a deliverable, not an informal conversation at the end.
The paid engagement
We prepare system notes, deployment instructions, account ownership references, dependency lists and a supervised maintenance exercise. Secrets remain in their approved stores; documents point to the owner and recovery route.
Acceptance and boundaries
A successful handover includes an isolated edit or restore using the supplied notes. Support duration, response time and monitoring are quoted separately. The guide records known gaps instead of promising that every future failure can be prevented.
