Questions about Germany-connected development projects

Do you work from Germany?

Faith Forge Labs delivers remotely from the United States. This site addresses projects connected with Germany; it does not describe a German office, local professional registration or an on-site service. If a task requires physical attendance or a locally qualified professional, identify that requirement before deciding how the development work should proceed.

Can the project be conducted in German?

Project conversations and technical delivery are in English unless a separate arrangement is agreed. The German pages explain the offer and planning boundaries. For German product content, name the person who approves terminology and complete screens. Independent qualified language review must be arranged explicitly; publishing a German page does not establish that such review has already occurred.

Can you improve an existing application?

Yes, subject to an initial inspection of access, source code, deployment information and the affected task. A reproducible failure gives the investigation a useful starting point. If the problem depends on an unsupported provider feature or unavailable rights, that limit should be identified before a repair is promised. Stabilisation work explains the evidence used to decide the next step.

Do we need a complete specification first?

No. A short account of one task can be enough to begin: who performs it, what they use now, where it goes wrong and what a satisfactory result would look like. Open decisions are acceptable when they are named. The project brief helps distinguish an observed difficulty from a feature idea or an assumption about the solution.

Who decides what staff and suppliers are allowed to do?

Your authorized business owner approves those rules. Development implements them and supplies technical evidence for selected allowed and denied actions. An administrator's ability to maintain an account does not automatically confer commercial approval authority. The responsibility matrix helps keep rule approval, implementation, testing and later access administration separate.

Can a portal connect to our existing systems?

That depends on the interfaces, account permissions, data formats and provider conditions actually available. We inspect the relevant capability and define record ownership, failure handling and reconciliation. A provider's marketing description is not enough to establish that a particular account supports the required operation. Unsupported or uncertain dependencies stay visible in the proposal.

Do you build AI features?

AI-assisted search, summaries and draft responses can be considered as part of a defined workflow. The project must identify permitted information, representative evaluation cases, the human review point and what happens when the result is incomplete or unsuitable. A generated answer does not become an approved specification or business decision merely because it appears in the application.

Will a quality review certify compliance?

The work reports the tasks, interfaces and methods that were examined, the findings and the corrections verified. It does not automatically certify the whole website or determine every legal obligation that applies to your organization. Qualified advice and formal certification, where required, must be separately identified. Quality and accessibility describes the technical review boundary.

Should we send real customer records for an estimate?

Start with redacted screens or fictional examples. Do not include passwords, payment details or private customer documents in the inquiry form. If later investigation requires authorized access or data, agree its purpose, scope and handling through an appropriate channel first.

What happens after delivery?

The handover identifies the delivered systems, accounts, deployment method, known limits and the recovery work performed. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring and response coverage are separately agreed. Your proposal should make continuing provider costs and client responsibilities visible, so nobody has to infer them from the fact that the site was launched.

How do we start?

Send a project inquiry describing the task and the current difficulty. A stored inquiry confirms receipt; it does not establish a paid engagement or an implementation date. Scope, responsibilities and the next step are agreed after the situation has been reviewed.
