Working arrangements and project responsibilities
A development engagement needs a shared account of who decides, who implements and who operates the result. Faith Forge Labs delivers remotely from the United States. A project connected with Germany does not create a German branch, local professional qualification, affiliation with German government bodies or authority to make your organization's specialist decisions.
Your organization supplies the authority
Your organization supplies authorized access to the systems and information needed for the agreed work. Identify the people who can approve business rules, source content, access and acceptance. They may be different people. A technical reviewer might confirm the meaning of a specification, while a commercial owner decides whether a proposal may be released. The implementation should reflect those distinctions rather than infer authority from a convenient account role.
You also identify the qualified advisers required for legal, tax, privacy, invoicing, payment or other professional matters. Their approved requirements become inputs to the technical scope. A developer can implement and test the selected behavior without becoming the professional responsible for the underlying advice.
Language review needs an explicit arrangement
Project conversations and technical delivery are in English unless another arrangement is agreed. German material needs an authorized terminology and content reviewer, and independent qualified language review must be arranged separately. Neither the German pages on this site nor a technical demonstration establishes that this external review has already occurred.
The language reviewer should see complete screens and messages with the action, recipient and underlying record explained. If approved source content changes, the corresponding language versions need an agreed update and review path. Otherwise two individually polished pages may describe different offers.
Put delivery and continuing costs in writing
The agreed scope identifies included work, dependencies, acceptance evidence and exclusions. It should also address relevant ownership, licences, hosting, provider subscriptions and account administration. A client-owned account, a third-party service licence and custom source code can have different arrangements; a single phrase such as “everything included” does not explain them.
Maintenance, monitoring, response coverage and later changes require explicit terms. The handover describes what was delivered and how the agreed operating tasks were prepared. It does not silently commit either party to indefinite support or make a provider's future behavior controllable by the developer.
Use evidence without overstating it
Tests support a decision within their stated scope. They do not promise search rankings, certifications, provider or authority approvals, guarantee business results or prove behavior that was not examined. The delivery record should distinguish verified results, known limits and remaining decisions so the authorized owner can assess the release.
These project-planning explanations sit alongside the existing terms and privacy policy. Read the delivery process for the practical sequence, or contact Faith Forge Labs to discuss a specific task and its responsibilities.
